Our online shop is available 24 hours a day and we process orders as quickly as possible.

Please make your selections on our Online Shop, and then follow the onscreen directions.

Your total shipping charges are automatically computed during checkout.  You will be able to see shipping charges prior to the completion of your order. Once your order has been completed, you will receive order acknowledgement via e-mail.

Custom orders will be charged once the order is placed. Shipping and payment options vary, depending on whether you are in or outside the United States.  If you have any questions, please contact us at

Each piece of Miriam Haskell is hand made in New York City.  We have some styles that are ready for immediate ship, while the custom pieces will take 6 to 10 weeks to ship.

Orders received on weekends will be processed the next business day.  Our business hours are 10:00 am until 5:00 pm (except holidays) Eastern Standard Time.  Monday through Friday.

We ship all US orders via UPS and offer 3 shipping options.  Shipping time is the amount of days it takes to ship, after the piece is completed.  UPS does not ship to P.O. boxes.

Because we are located in New York, all orders shipped to addresses in New York State are subject to 8.875% sales tax.

All orders placed through the website are firm, once you complete the checkout process.  However, we’ll do our best to accommodate you if you need to make changes.

We will be happy to return items that were in stock at time of purchase.

Custom orders can be returned, these items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

All return inquiries must be made within 14days of purchase.

 Please contact: customerservice@haskelljewels.com   for an RA# and directions for return.

Process for return:

·         Email  : customerservice@haskelljewels.com   to obtain an RA#

o   (We will not accept a return without an RA#)

·                   We will email you  a Return Request Form , once you have completed the form please email to:    

                           customerservice@haskelljewels.com,  or Fax it to : 212-764-6026

·                  Securely pack the piece of jewelry with the copy of your packing slip, return form and clearly write the RA#

                   on the exterior of the box.  We recommend a shipping method that you can track.

 

·                  Please note that returns will not be granted two weeks after you receive your jewelry order.

·                  Also, no return will be accepted without the return request form and all tags are intact.  Returns are up to the    

                  discretion of Haskell Jewels LLC, and are accepted providing the jewelry is returned in its original condition.

To complete international orders and for security, our credit card processor requires that your order must be confirmed.

Before your order can be finalized, you’ll need to fax or email us:

1.       Photocopy your credit card, front and back

2.       Request international order form, print and sign it

International orders are sent via UPS.  Most deliveries to Europe will arrive within 5-7 business days of package being shipped.  Shipments to other countries may take longer.

All additional taxes, fees, tariffs import fees and surcharges levied by destination countries are the responsibility of the customer.  Haskell Jewels LLC cannot determine the amount in advance, if any, that will be charged.  Please check with customs house of your country to determine if any additional charges will be applied to your order.  UPS assumes responsibility for such charges and bill the recipient accordingly.  Haskell Jewels does not receive any money from customs and import fees.

If you refuse to pay customs charges on an incoming shipment, it will be returned to Haskell Jewels at our expense.  We will then deduct that charge, as well as any additional customs charges, from the refund of the original purchase price.

Haskell Jewels LLC reserves the right to cancel any order in full or in part for any reason whatsoever.

Haskell Jewels LLC reserves the right to impose a 15% restocking fee for custom orders, whether it be canceled for returned.

All returns will be issued a credit on original form of payment, unless it was a gift, they will receive a web credit.

All Sale items for final sale

We do not share customer information or e-mail addresses with anyone.

The plating can be damaged from contact with anything containing alcohol and derivatives.

DO NOT USE JEWELY CLEANER

We will only repair pieces of Miriam Haskell Jewelry which were purchased off of our website.
