Our Online Shop is available 24 hours a day and we process orders as quickly as possible.
Please make your selections on our Online Shop, and then follow the onscreen directions. Your total shipping charges are automatically computed during checkout. You will be able to see shipping charges prior to the completion of your order. Once your order has been completed, you will receive order acknowledgement via e-mail.
Because each piece is made to order, we charge your credit card once the order is placed. Shipping and payment options vary, depending on whether you are in or outside the United States. If you have any questions, please contact us at customerservice@haskelljewels.com

We accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. US customers may pay by check. To arrange payment by check, please contact customerservice@haskelljewels.com.
How long will it take for your order to ship
Remember, each piece of Miriam Haskell is made to order and handmade, so please allow up to 6 weeks for your piece to be made and shipped. Orders received on weekends will be processed on Monday. Our business hours are 10:00 am until 6:00 pm Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday.
Shipping methods
We ship all US orders via UPS and offer 3 shipping options. Shipping time is the amount
days it takes to ship, after the piece is completed.
Ground - 5 to 7 business days
2nd day - 2 business days
Next day - Next business day
Please note this time is the actual UPS shipping time, not how long it may take for your piece of jewelry to be made. Once your piece is made and is ready to ship, the shipping time reflects the transportation time it will take for your piece of jewelry to get to you from us.
Sales Tax
Because we are located in New York, all orders shipped to addresses in New York State are subject to 8.375% Sales Tax.
I need to cancel/change my order
All orders placed through the website are firm once you complete the checkout process. However, we'll do our best to accommodate you if you need to make changes. Please contact customer service within 24 hours from the date of your order.

Terms
Haskell Jewels LLC reserves the right to cancel any order in full or in part for any reason whatsoever.
Haskell Jewels LLC reserves the right to impose a 15% restocking charge for cancelled or returned orders.
We do not share customer information or e-mail addresses with anyone.
Returns
We will refund the purchase price minus restocking fee & shipping charges, typically within 7-14 days of receipt of returned item. Restocking fee is 15% of purchase amount.
(we will not accept any returns without it).

Please not that returns will not be granted two weeks after you receive your jewelry order. Also, no return will be accepted without the Return Request Form. Returns are up to the dicretion of Haskell Jewels LLC, and are accepted providing if the jewelry is returned in its original condition.
International Orders
Our website does not allow internation orders, however if you are an international customer and are interested in purchasing jewelry from the website, please email joy@haskelljewels.com and we will help you place an order.
International Shipping & Customs
International orders are sent via UPS. Most deliveries to Europe will arrive within 5-7
business days of package being shipped. Shipments to other countries may take
longer.
All additional taxes, fees, tariffs, import fees, and surcharges levied by destination
countries are the responsibility of the customer. Haskell Jewels LLC cannot
determine the amount in advance, if any, that will be charged. Please check with
customs house of your country to determine if any additional charges will be applied
to your order. UPS assumes responsibility for such charges and bills the recipient
accordingly. Haskell Jewels does not receive any money from customs and import
fees.
If you refuse to pay customs charges on an incoming shipments, it will be returned to Haskell Jewels LLC at our expense. We will then deduct that charge as well as any other additional customs charges from the refund of the original purchase price.
Miriam Haskell jewelry care/Repairs
The plating can be damanged from contact with anything containing alcohol and derivatives. DO NOT USE JEWELRY CLEANER.
We will only repair pieces of Miriam Haskell jewelry which were purchased off of our website. For repair inquires please contact customer service at customerservice@haskelljewels.com or 212.764.3332.
